We are back with another beer review from the road. This is another local brew so it qualifies for MRc5 (waka waka…). This week we review from the great city of Charlotte, NC.
In the process of a little Green Badger public relations we were introduced to Free Will Pale Ale by Bird Song Brewing Co. I ‘ll be real honest with you I have had better Pale’s but it’s not bad. Luckily, taste has nothing to do with the magic behind Bird Song.
Bird Song keeps it local! and when I say local I don’t mean they buy from the local Whole Foods that brings their goods in from the closest distribution center. I mean they go out and find local ingredients for most of what appears in their beer and then they composite the organic waste! That is awesome and for that reason here is another pint of Bird Song Pale Ale, down the hatch.
