Well, v4 has become official and the world is still spinning (though I’d love to see the usage on the USGBC servers as I’m sure it the biggest day of project registrations that ever occurred was within this past week!). It’s about that time to kick back and enjoy the fruits of your labor, and if you are anywhere near Wisconsin, the Badger highly recommends you enjoy New Glarus Spotted Cow.
We’ve long loved this beer (affectionately known as Spotted Moo Moo) from our deep roots in Wisconsin. In fact, this beer is only available for sale in Wisconsin – and it is worth making a special trip for. Spotted Moo Moo (er, Spotted Cow) is Wisconsin farmhouse ale brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. Talk about keeping it local! At 4.8% ABV, you can enjoy a few without worry about stumbling down the stairs. Enjoy from the bottle while raking the leaves, or pour this cloudy golden ale into a tall glass to enjoy its creamy, white head. Most of all, drink it cheering on our cousins the Wisconsin Badgers or the Green Bay Packers.
